The country house has two floors, each of them of 64 m2 and it is about 30 years old. In the ground floor there is a kitchen with an open plan bar which gives access to a pantry and a toilet, a spacious living dining room with fireplace, all this floor has terracotta floors; in the first floor there is a bathroom with bathtub, two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a smaller bedroom without wardrobe and a hall. The upper floor has a heat pipe from the fireplace that heats the whole house, the carpentry is wooden and the floors are of treated cork.

Outside there is a storage room of about 5 m2 and a terrace with vine arbour and nice views to the river.

The property has its own water spring which does not dry up and which is collected in a deposit. This spring is shared with the neighbouring plot. There is no septic tank.

The electricity is by plates and the equipment is a bit old, but the plates and the transformer are new. Gas cooker, fridge and hot water.

The property is planted with orange, loquat, apple and other fruit trees in terraces.

To enter you have to cross the river. There is the possibility of entering without crossing the river, but the access would have to be made through the area of the plain. Access by track of about two kilometres, for which a 4×4 is necessary.

La casa de campo tiene dos plantas, cada una de ellas de 64 m2 y tiene una antigüedad de unos 30 años. En la planta baja tiene una cocina con barra americana que da acceso a una despensa y a un aseo, un salón comedor contiguo amplio y con chimenea, toda esta planta tiene suelos de barro; en la planta alta que está abuhardillada hay un baño con bañera, dos dormitorios amplios con armarios empotrados, un dormitorio más pequeño sin armario y un distribuidor. La planta alta dispone de salida de tubo de calor de la chimenea que calienta toda la casa, la carpintería es de madera y los suelos de corcho tratado.
En el exterior hay un trastero de unos 5 m2 y una terraza con emparrado y bonitas vistas al río.
La finca tiene agua de nacimiento propio que no se seca y que se recoge en un depósito. Dicho nacimiento es compartido con la parcela vecina. No tiene fosa séptica.
La luz es por placas y el equipo es un poco antiguo, pero las placas y el transformador son nuevos. Cocina, nevera y agua caliente por gas.
Arbolada de naranjos, nísperos, manzanos y más frutales sembrados en terrazas.
Para entrar hay que cruzar el río. Hay posibilidad de entrar sin cruzar el río, pero habría que hacer el acceso por la zona de la vega. Acceso por carril de unos dos kilómetros para el que es necesario 4×4.
Linda con el río al sur, con un arroyo intuido al oeste, con un arroyo al este y con la cresta de la ladera, donde se sitúa la casa, al Norte.
